POBEDA AD finalized the implementation of Project No. BG-RRP-3.008-0871-C01 under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, procedure BG-RRP-3.008 “Support for the Transition to a Circular Economy in Enterprises”.

On 17 December 2025, POBEDA AD finalized the implementation of Project No. BG-RRP-3.008-0871-C01 under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, procedure BG-RRP-3.008 “Support for the Transition to a Circular Economy in Enterprises”.

The objectives of the project include accelerating the transition to a circular economy through investments in a circular solution to reduce the resource footprint and the implementation of technology to reduce the generation of production waste, as well as limiting the use of single-use plastic products.
The implementation of the investment, through which rectangular-shaped biscuits and enrobed biscuits are produced based on a circular model, contributed to increasing the capacity and improving the competitiveness of POBEDA AD.

The investment complies with the requirements of the “not causing significant damage to the environment” principle in all its aspects, thus contributing to the ecological transition of the company’s operations. The total value of the project amounts to BGN 2,856,000, of which the grant under the programme amounts to BGN 999,600.
