Plain wafers Chernomorets with the prize "Best new product of the year"

"Pobeda" JSC is one of the big winners in the third edition of the PROGRESSIVE AWARDS - the awards distinguishing the best products, manufacturers, traders and projects in the fast-moving sector in our country. This year's Best New Product award in the Foods category goes to regular Chernomorets waffles with cocoa, peanuts and orange.

In the first stage of the awards, an expert jury selects the finalist products, evaluating their market performance according to various marketing and commercial criteria. In the subsequent voting by a wide range of managers, representatives of the FMCG business, the product stood out as a definite favorite among the nominees in the category. The criteria of innovation, taste qualities, enforcement strategy, investments in the launch and distribution of the market were highly evaluated.  

The statuette was presented to Nikolay Kolev - the company's sales and marketing director, during an official ceremony in the capital. "We are happy that the efforts made by "Pobeda" JSC in its quest to successfully combine traditionalism and innovation over the years have been appreciated by colleagues and the community. It is an honor and a privilege for me to work for this company and its brands, which have been present in Bulgarian homes for more than 50 years. We thank the Bulgarians who choose our products. It is a pleasure for us, but also a great responsibility, to be the winners of this prize," commented Kolev.

The new plain waffles are a continuation of the already established products with the well-known "Chernomorets taste" - these are the candies of the same name and tunkvan waffle desserts. "We take it as our duty to present the company as a producer of high-quality products ," adds Kolev.

The company, founded in 1929 in Burgas, is among the leaders in the production of sugar products in the country. Years ago, President Rumen Radev presented an award to the Burgas manufacturer "Zlatna Martenitsa" for long-term presence on the Bulgarian market and introduction of new quality products.
