In connection with the alerts sent to "POBEDA" JSC (the Company), regarding personal messages received, through which a Facebook profile named "Pobeda" invites users to share their personal contact details and/or to register via a login link on websites for the purpose of participating in a game organized by "POBEDA" AD and/or receiving already won prizes WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. The messages you received from the "Pobeda" profile https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100028234119350 or any other profiles on social networks are false and are not sent by "POBEDA" AD.

The company has not authorized third parties to make contact with users on behalf of "POBEDA" AD, nor are similar actions carried out by the same persons with our knowledge or consent. 

2. Any game or initiative organized by "POBEDA" AD on Facebook takes place only on the company's official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pobedaad/). Games and initiatives are conducted under clear and specific rules and conditions published in the "Notes" section on the same page. Winning entrants are announced via a revealing look, and to receive their prizes they should send us a private message, not the other way around. 

3. The personal data stored and processed by "POBEDA" AD, provided to us by the users in this connection, are used solely and only for the purpose of delivering the won prizes. The same data is treated strictly and in accordance with the current Bulgarian and European legislation, both by us and by our partners.

Given the circumstances, we inform you that we have taken appropriate actions to protect our rights and interests, as well as those of our users, whose security we care about.

We request all of you, in case you receive messages of the above nature, to contact us immediately so that we can, if necessary, take the appropriate measures again.

We call for special attention and vigilance regarding the provision of your personal data to third parties or profiles in social networks.
