GARASH CAKE
Necessary products
315 g. Biscuits Breakfast
200 g of walnuts
150 g of butter
For the cream:
200 g of natural chocolate
200 g of milk chocolate
250 ml. liquid cream
50 g of butter
For decoration:
chocolate spread
walnuts
Preparation method
Roast the walnuts in a pan for 5-6 minutes and grind the biscuits in a blender. We mix the walnuts and biscuits with butter.
Put the cream, chocolates and butter in a deep pan or small pot. Melt the ingredients until homogenous and remove from the heat. 4. Cover a 22-centimeter cake pan with cling film. We place some of the ground walnuts and butter biscuits on the bottom of the form evenly, until a marsh is formed. Spread chocolate mixture on top of the resulting marshmallow, place a second layer of walnuts and biscuits on it. Cover with the remaining chocolate cream. We wrap the cake with foil and put it to cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After cooling, carefully remove the cake from the mold and place it on a tray.
We decorate with liquid chocolate and walnuts.
