Pobeda JSC on a Financial Support for New Technological Equipment from the Structural Funds of EU
In July 2009 a project of POBEDA JSC – “Enhancement of Pobeda company’s competitiveness by adoption of innovative production lines” was approved by the BSMEPA (Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency) for implementation through the Operational programme “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013”. The project in question for new technological equipment is to the total value of 10 mln. BGN. The half of the funds will be provided by the Operational programme, and the other half will be co-financed by the company itself. The funds will be utilized for the acquisition of new lines for production of wafers and biscuits. It is expected that the project should be realized till the beginning of 2011.
By introducing innovative production lines the company will improve the production process and the cost-effectiveness of its products, will increase the production capacity and its export potential. The new equipment will contribute to the long-standing strategy of Pobeda JSC for elaboration of new products that are responding to the market tendencies and consumer expectations.
