Pobeda JSC hosts professional practices of young pupils

For 3rd year Pobeda JSC  is a partner of Asen Zlatarov Professional High School of Tourism in organizing manufacturing practices for last-grade students. The contract between the organization and the school is based on Ministry of Education and Science program named “Modernization of Equipment and Facilities”.

 

The educational program gives children the opportunity to take a part in the production processes and also  learn the history and working practices of Pobeda Factory.

The training is held twice a week within the factory in Burgas, including visits and practices in the three main factory departments – Cakes and Croissants, Wafers and Biscuits and Chocolate confectionary. Professional education aims to enhance students' competence in real work practice.

 

During the training, students are managed by our experienced technologists and managers, who can provide students with valuable knowledge and experience in a real manufacturing environment.

 

In the current school year 2013-2014 Pobeda JSC is again pleased to be a partner of Asen Zlatarov Professional High School of Tourism in giving real work practice and professional knowledge opportunities for last grade students, which can help their future career realization.
