Homemade pumpkin cake

- 1 package Breakfast Biscuits 315 g
- 300 g of boiled pumpkin
- 5-6 tbsp. powdered sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon
walnuts for decoration
Preparation method
An easy, kid-friendly cake!
The pumpkin is boiled, while it is still warm, it is mashed with a fork or grater. Add sugar and cinnamon to it. The resulting mixture is ready for shaping the cake.
In a small tray or terrine form, arrange a row of cookies, a row of cream. We alternate, finishing with cream at the end.
Leave in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, sprinkle walnuts or crushed cookies on top and serve.
